Finishing Brands recently hosted an International Distributor Conference in Bournemouth UK to launch a wide range of new spray finishing products.

Finishing Brands, incorporating the world leading brands of Binks, DeVilbiss and Ransburg, recently hosted an International Distributor Conference in Bournemouth UK to launch a wide range of new spray finishing products for use in the Industrial and Automotive finishing market sectors. The conference saw delegates arriving from all over Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. The three-day event included intensive theoretical and hands on training for the 40 plus visitors.

Top of the bill for new atomisation products was the ground-breaking DeVilbiss AG-360 Auto Gun Series. This new range reinforces DeVilbiss' reputation for developing cutting edge products and the AG-360 series are destined to be the new bench-mark in industrial finishing. These new Automatic spray guns, featuring 'Quickclean' body coatings, are available in a range of quick release body formats to provide an all-encompassing and universal automatic finishing solution for all Industrial low pressure applications, including a version for the exacting demands of the ceramics and enamel industries.

From the same stable, the Binks AG-363 is a highly advanced Air Assisted Airless / HVLP automatic spray gun. Like its DeVilbiss cousins it can be rapidly detached from its low profile manifold base using a simple hexagon key, allowing fast easy maintenance and servicing without the need to halt production. For the manual finishing specialist, the DeVilbiss Pro Lite series offers a market leading spray gun suitable for all industrial finishing applications. And now with the introduction of the all new Pro Lite E gun with 'Quick-clean' body coating even ceramic and enamel applications present no problems.

Alongside the atomisation products, a new range of fluid handling products were also unveiled at the conference. The Binks MX Lite Paint Pumps provide users with an affordable and robust Airless or Air Assisted Airless spray outfit. These new pumps now come with long life ceramic coated pistons which can last up to three times longer between services than traditional pumps. They also now feature Binks Super-Flex paint and air hoses, offering superior operator comfort during prolonged usage.

New additions to Binks' impressive fluid handling portfolio are the new MX35/36 and MX30/42. These new pumps offer ratios of 36:1 and 42:1 respectively and are perfect for paint supply and heavy duty airless applications. Once again, they feature ceramic-coated pump piston rods offering a much longer working life cycle. The Binks DX-200 range of 1:1 ratio diaphragm pumps offer quiet running with higher fluid outputs. They are ideal workhorse pumps for paint circulation systems and multi-spray gun paint lines. Features include a 'no-crease' diaphragm for a longer working life and a unique built in fluid regulator to ensure a constant and virtually pulse free paint delivery.

If this was not enough, a completely new range of Binks Ram Units were also unveiled. These offer a rugged reliable and high performance solution for the delivery of medium to high viscosity materials in both standalone and system applications. The range features single and twin post rams for 20, 30 60 and 205 litre containers with a choice of high pressure pumps offering ratios from 5:1 to 68:1. All of these new products featured centre stage at the recent W14 'working with wood' show at the NEC in Birmingham, UK. They will also be making another high profile appearance at the Paris Wood Show 'Eurobois' in November 2014. Tony Birch, European Product and Marketing Manager commented: "Here at Finishing Brands we are committed to investing significant resources in R&D to continue developing products and services which focus on our customer's demands. These new products are testament to that continuing commitment and have been developed to be ever more efficient and environmentally enhanced". For further information: www.finishingbrands.eu
