Eisenmann has completed conversion to a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) and will henceforth be called Eisenmann SE.

"Converting to an SE underlines our global presence and highlights our evolution from a mid-sized company to an international technology player," says Dr. Matthias von Krauland, CEO and Chairman of the Administrative Board of Eisenmann SE. The other members of the former Executive Board remain members of the new Administrative Board under the new legal form.

The SE is a leading European legal form and recognized in all European countries. Converting to this form is a logical step forward in Eisenmann's international development – and simultaneously ensures that the company will remain family-owned for the foreseeable future.

"This new legal form won't change anything at all for our business partners and customers; Eisenmann SE's headquarters will remain based in Böblingen", adds Dr. Matthias von Krauland. The conversion will also not affect the group's subsidiaries. A Europe-wide SE works council will be introduced for employees of Eisenmann SE and its subsidiaries.
