On the occasion of the PaintExpo fair, WALTHER PILOT has developed a concept for the configuration of pressure tanks that makes their integration in the production chain easier.
The tanks are prepared in such a way that numerous optional attachments such as agitators, filling level technology and cover lifts can be used without any problems.
This allows us to react extremely flexibly to specific production requirements. The special part storage concept permits standard and non-standard tanks to be dispatched very quickly. These tanks are made of stainless steel and are available in several common sizes. One of the outstanding features of pressure tanks is that they enable the long-term stable storage of liquids. This is particularly important where very reactive materials such as isocyanates are involved.
Pressure tanks are also best used for the transport of materials which are not pressure- or shearing-resistant. In addition, they have the decisive advantage that the material sprayed reaches the spray gun pulsation-free. Material pressure can be adjusted very precisely. This makes a major contribution to the reproducibility of the spraying result.
Other new WALTHER PILOT products include low-energy pneumatic agitators which only require about half the energy of conventional agitators.
