AkzoNobel EGM Appointed Gregoire Poux-Guillaume as New Member of the Board of Management

Gregoire Poux-Guillaume will succeed Thierry Vanlancker, CEO of AkzoNobel and member of the Board since 2017.

During the last Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), the shareholders of AkzoNobel have appointed the new CEO of the company Gregoire Poux-Guillaume as a member of the Board of Management.

Poux-Guillaume will join AkzoNobel on 1st October 2022 and will serve effectively from 1st November succeeding Thierry Vanlancker, who has been CEO and member of the Board of Management since 2017 and whose term of office is coming to an end.
