Michael Lachner took on sole responsibility as General Manager of intec Bielenberg Gmbh & Co. KG. Intec Bielenberg complements Eisenmann's application technology expertise for the automotive industry with a focus on automated adhesive technology.

Effective April 1, 2016, Michael Lachner took on sole responsibility as General Manager of intec Bielenberg Gmbh & Co. KG. Jörn Bielenberg resigned as joint General Manager of intec Bielenberg, but will retain his links with the company as a shareholder and consultant.

Michael Lachner joined intec Bielenberg in November 2010. In addition to his role as General Manager, he will be responsible for project management, sales, human resources and financials. "My primary goal is to work with the whole team to ensure that our company, a valued and recognized partner to the automotive industry, continues to grow and thrive. We will achieve this by continuing to evolve our technology and by pursuing greater internationalization," states Lachner. Björn Thomessen, who has been with intec Bielenberg for 20 years, and Mathias Andre, who joined two years ago, will become joint Technical Directors. Both have extensive experience in adhesive technology.

Lachner previously worked for welding systems supplier KUKA Schweissanlagen in Augsburg as a sales assistant, and as an assistant to the executive management. From 2007 to 2010 he was responsible for management accounting in Eisenmann Anlagenbau's General Finishing business unit. He holds a business degree from Ingolstadt University of Applied Sciences and a postgraduate qualification in business and employment law from the University of Hagen.
