The Protech Group, a global manufacturer of industrial coatings, has recently acquired Ripol Srl, a well-established Italian powder coatings manufacturer headquartered in Santo Stefano Ticino (Italy).
Completed through Protech's European subsidiary, Oxyplast Belgium NV, the acquisition also includes Ripol's affiliated operations in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland. This strategic expansion adds to Protech's existing European manufacturing and distribution network in Belgium, the Czech Republic, and Poland - further strengthening its regional presence and production capabilities.
