From 10 to 13 November, CONSTRUTEC, VETECO, SMART DOORS and PISCIMAD will turn Madrid into a key meeting point for construction professionals, with industrialisation, sustainability and digitalisation at the heart of the event.

From 10 to 13 November 2026, IFEMA MADRID will host a new edition of Semana Internacional de la Construcción, bringing together four specialised trade fairs – CONSTRUTEC, VETECO, SMART DOORS and PISCIMAD – to provide a comprehensive overview of the trends, technologies and solutions transforming the building and construction industry.

With more than 500 exhibiting companies and over 43,000 m2 of net exhibition space across Halls 7, 8, 9 and 10, the event is set to reinforce its position as one of Southern Europe's leading professional platforms for the construction industry. Its aim is to generate new business opportunities, encourage knowledge sharing and connect manufacturers, distributors, architects, engineers, property developers, construction companies and installers.

International Construction Week will bring together four complementary trade fairs covering the different stages of the construction process, from design and material selection to installation, maintenance and building renovation.

  • CONSTRUTEC will showcase the latest innovations in materials, construction systems, machinery, tools and digital technologies, with a particular focus on the industrialisation of the sector. The exhibition will also feature CONSTRUTEC BIM, a dedicated area exploring the application of BIM methodology to construction processes.
  • VETECO will focus on windows, façades, building enclosures, glass, solar shading and solutions designed to improve building envelope performance. Its exhibition offering will include the specialised VETECO SOLAR and VETECO GLASS areas.
  • SMART DOORS will bring together technologies and solutions for doors, automation, access control systems, security, accessibility and fire protection.
  • PISCIMAD will provide a dedicated exhibition space for the swimming pool, aquatic facilities and wellness industries, connecting manufacturers, distributors and installers.

One of the highlights of the programme will be the second International Construction Week Congress, organised in collaboration with Alimarket. The congress will take place from 10 to 12 November in Hall 7 under the theme ‘Building the Future: Innovation, Sustainability and Industrialisation’.

The event will feature approximately 50 speakers representing leading companies, associations and institutions, with sessions taking place across two complementary venues: the Business Auditorium and the Sector Auditorium.

The programme will address key strategic issues, including housing demand, developments in the property development market, industrialised construction, building materials distribution, investment, sustainability and the adoption of digital tools.

The congress will therefore provide an opportunity to examine the economic, production and technological challenges facing the industry, share experiences and explore new business models capable of responding to the evolving needs of the construction sector.

The 2026 edition will take place against a backdrop of growth and transformation in Spain's construction materials and products industry. According to figures released by the organisers, the sector comprises approximately 28,500 companies and employed 410,000 people in the second quarter of 2026, representing a 2.3% increase compared with the same period of the previous year.

By combining a trade exhibition, specialist content and professional networking opportunities, International Construction Week 2026 aims to consolidate its position as a strategic platform for advancing a more innovative, efficient, sustainable and competitive construction industry.
