The 13th International Exhibition of Railway Technology will take place from 28 to 30 March 2023 at Lille Grand Palais in France.
The 13th edition of SIFER will take place from 28 to 30 March 2023 at Lille Grand Palais in France. SIFER has been a unique international meeting point for railway sector in France for over 20 years. It brings together all stakeholders in the sector: rail operators, infrastructure authorities, vehicle manufacturers, suppliers, rail transport policy makers and planners.
The SIFER 2023 program
During the 3 days of the event, visitors will be able to enjoy:
- A comprehensive program of activities aimed at fostering networking, knowledge exchange and keeping up with the latest innovations.
- Conferences on key topics and future trends in the sector such as sustainability and digitization.
- An on-track display: sections of track laid in the exhibition hall to show rail vehicles and related equipment, allowing visitors to experience all railway products in real life.
The novelty of the 2023 edition will be “The Innovation Hub”. In line with the recovery plan prepared by the government, aimed at the renewal and modernization of the railway network, SIFER 2023 looks to the future with the creation of an Innovation Hub: a space dedicated to start-ups that will present highly innovative and creative solutions to the challenges of tomorrow.
Exhibitors and partners renew their trust
Numerous exhibitors renewed their presence, demonstrating SIFER's influence in the railway sector. More than 80 new companies are already registered, which will present their solutions next March.
15% of the registered exhibitors are new attendees
who will showcase their products for the first time at the event. All the official partners of the event will also be present, including: Hauts-de-France region, Unife, the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) and Railcoop.
