Powder Coatings has broadened the capabilities of its My Interpon Portal, introducing a comprehensive range of on-demand professional services designed to help customers enhance performance, accelerate processes and meet sustainability targets.
The expanded offering is now available to portal users in the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Spain, giving powder coaters direct and rapid access to specialist support tailored to their operational requirements. The new services integrate technical, laboratory and sustainability expertise into a single digital platform, enabling customers to make faster, more informed decisions while maintaining smooth and efficient production lines. The portfolio includes bespoke colour development, laboratory powder samples, performance testing, technical audits, training programmes and advanced application optimisation tools.
Among the key features are tailored colour solutions and reliable reference tools, such as the Interpon RAL swatch deck, alongside lab-prepared powder samples in both solid and metallic finishes. These resources are intended to streamline specification processes and minimise delays during project development.
Customers can also order corrosion and weatherability testing online, gaining access to robust data to support product qualification and specification decisions. In addition, technical audits and advanced diagnostics, including oven curing analysis and application system optimisation, are supported by coatingAI’s Flightpath Pro software, which uses artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance coating quality.
Sustainability is a central component of the expanded platform. Users can access product-specific carbon footprint data covering raw materials, transport and manufacturing stages, helping to support reporting and regulatory compliance.
