After being postponed two times, the 2021 edition of the Aluminium trade fair has been cancelled.
The 2021 Aluminium trade fair has finally been cancelled after two postponements, but it will be replaced with the Aluminium Business Summit
that will take place from 28th to 29th September 2021 at Altes Stahlwerk in Düsseldorf. Aluminium is set to resume in 2022.
ALUMINIUM, Aluminium Deutschland and the CRU Group will however host one of the most important meeting places for the aluminium industry, the Aluminium Business Summit. Experts and industry players will gather both in-person and virtually to discuss ideas and exchange market insights.
The summit will have a hybrid format to better accommodate all the requirements from visitors and speakers. The event will try to tackle some of the biggest challenges for the industry, including the future of mobility, digitalization, sustainability and the future rules of the international market.
