Sophisticated technology, high efficiency and comprehensive consulting service for the industrial cleaning of parts: Pero AG will present the compact "R0" series at this year's AMB in Stuttgart.
More than 90,000 visitors will visit the booths of over 1,300 exhibitors from almost thirty countries: the International Metalworking Exhibition, known as the AMB for short, is one of the industry's largest and most renowned trade fairs in the field of machine cutting technology. It takes place every two years and in 2016 it will be held from 13 – 17 September, once again filling all the exhibition halls at the Stuttgart Exhibition Centre.
Pero AG will also be there at Booth D17 in Hall 6. With its systems for the reliable, economical and efficient cleaning of parts it represents a major process component in the metalworking procedure. "In the R0 we will be presenting a compact, but extraordinarily powerful full-vacuum system at the AMB this year", says Michael Ickert, Executive Assistant at Pero AG. "We consciously decided on this model because it features the entire technology found in current cleaning systems for wet methods using common solvents, modified alcohols and hydrocarbons. Our product range allows us to offer our customers the right cleaning solution for all manufacturing methods and materials."
The Pero R0 has been designed for intermediate and final cleaning as well as the reliable attainment of technical cleanliness of the smallest parts. When equipped with two media tanks it allows the selection of the process combinations cleaning and rinsing, or cleaning and preserving. Once parts have initially been degreased in the actual cleaning process, then – for example in the course of preservation with an anti-corrosion agent – a defined protective film is applied that prevents possible oxidation of the metal parts in the further course of the process.
Michael Ickert regards know-how in the optimum integration of Pero cleaning systems in an existing process chain to be one of Pero AG's main qualities. "Apart from our technical knowledge, consulting expertise is one of our greatest strengths. Together with our customers we work out the ideal cleaning method for attaining the necessary technical cleanliness of the components, taking into account process reliability and the costs of the complete manufacturing process – even before a cleaning system is acquired."
