CorrLube™ VpCI® Lithium EP Grease is a lithium complex grease designed for low-speed, high-pressure applications. It provides outstanding corrosion inhibition against saltwater, brine, hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), and other aggressive agents. These properties are especially valuable for offshore installations or any industrial equipment subjected to long-term lay-up.
When machines remain idle, conventional grease can degrade, allowing moisture or airborne corrosives to penetrate. This risk is magnified in marine environments, where humidity, salt spray, and airborne chlorides are ever-present. CorrLube™ helps mitigate this threat, offering both lubrication and corrosion protection in one formulation.
Importantly, users don’t need to switch greases when transitioning between operational use and storage, making it ideal for intermittently operated equipment. As an NLGI Grade 2 grease, CorrLube™ is suitable for a wide range of standard applications involving bearings, bushings, and lubrication sleeves.
Eco-Friendly Protection in NLGI Grade 3
For applications requiring greater mechanical stability or operating at higher speeds, EcoLine® Biobased Grease provides a robust NLGI Grade 3 solution.
