DKSH will distribute the Versatic™ acids and derivatives of Hexion in the region, in order to boost business opportunities and market growth.
The Business Unit Performance Materials of
the distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients DKSH
has recently announced that it has signed an agreement with Hexion Inc. that will allow the company to market in Indonesia the Versatic™ acids and derivatives manufactured by the international producer of adhesives and performance materials, boosting the business opportunities and the market growth of its partnerships across the region.
The Versatic acids and derivatives portfolio of Hexion includes also the Cardura™ glycidyl ester and the VeoVa™ vinyl esters, which are
specialty monomers used in the formulation of paints and coatings in order to provide superior adhesion, hydrolytic stability, water resistance, better appearance and ease of application. So, they are particularly suitable for automotive and decorative finishes as well as protective coatings, besides adhesives and intermediates.
DKSH is specialised in offering market analysis and research, marketing services, sales and after-sale assistance as well as logistics and distribution support, so it has been entrusted by Hexion to grow its business across Indonesia due to its
extensive distribution network, knowledgeable commercial capabilities and technical teams.
