Eisenmann Marks Key Milestones - Steady Growth, Strong Market Position, and Groundbreaking for New Gärtringen Headquarters

The investment underscores the Eisenmann’s continued growth strategy and long-term commitment to the paints and coatings market.

The international manufacturer of industrial painting systems, Eisenmann, has recently marked a series of major milestones in autumn 2025. Five years after its successful re-establishment in 2020, the Swabian plant engineering specialist celebrated its anniversary at the end of September, closely followed by the groundbreaking ceremony for its new headquarters in Gärtringen.

By the end of 2026, Eisenmann plans to complete a modern corporate campus on a 16,000 m2 site. The development will include a dedicated technical centre for pre-assembly, logistics areas and a 6,500-square-metre spare parts warehouse, of which 1,500 square metres will be reserved for research and development. A contemporary office concept will convert approximately 4,500 square metres into flexible team spaces designed for 250 to 300 employees, promoting collaborative and creative work. An on-site restaurant is also planned to further enhance the working environment.

Energy efficiency, resource conservation and climate protection are central to both Eisenmann’s production solutions and the new construction project. The future headquarters will be powered by a photovoltaic system with a minimum capacity of 500 kWp, while 25 charging points will support the company’s electric vehicle fleet.

With the decision to relocate within Gärtringen, the company remains rooted in the Böblingen region and continues to strengthen its position as an attractive employer within a dynamic business hub. Employees, customers and business partners will benefit from excellent transport links once the new headquarters is operational. Construction is progressing on schedule, with relocation planned for late 2026.

Since its 2020 relaunch, Eisenmann GmbH has reported steady and resilient growth. The company now employs 230 people in Germany and a further 70 across its international subsidiaries in the USA, Mexico, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey.

Managing Director Matthias Haarer attributes Eisenmann’s strong market performance to its clear focus on its core Paint & Assembly competencies. With innovative technologies and a reliable service and spare parts offering, the company rapidly secured major projects with automotive industry clients. Coupled with an ongoing commitment to developing the newly established company, Eisenmann now delivers a proven global product portfolio and cross-industry solutions for a wide range of paint shop processes.

Eisenmann is entering the coming year with a refreshed brand identity that reflects the company’s positive trajectory. The new claim, ‘We envision solutionis’, highlights the plant engineering specialist’s technological expertise and its ambition to transform customer challenges into sustainable solutions.
