The two vice-presidents of the ChemQuest Group will be awarded for their contributions to the paints and coatings industry.
The ChemQuest Group has recently announced that its vice-presidents George Pilcher and David Cocuzzi will be honoured on June 26th 2023 during an award reception ceremony held by the ASTM D01 committee on Paint and Related Coatings, Materials, and Applications.
Pilcher joined the global consulting firm focused on tailored business strategy and optimisation, technology acceleration, market intelligence and M&A advisory services for the specialty materials industry in 2007, following an extensive career in the coatings sector. He will receive the Lifetime Excellence and Appreciation Award for his work on sub-committees D01.53 (Coil Coated Metal) and D01.55 (Factory Applied Coatings on Preformed Products).
Cocuzzi, who on the other hand joined ChemQuest in 2015, will receive an Award of Appreciation during the reception for serving on the board of several professional associations and committees, including ASTM sub-committee D01.53 (Coil Coated Metal).
