Jolanda Poots-Bijl, a member of AkzoNobel's supervisory board will soon step down from her position.
The global paints and coatings manufacturer AkzoNobel has announced that Jolanda Poots-Bijl will step down as a member of the Supervisory Board of the company, effective from 31st January. The decision follows her appointment of Chief Financial Officer of Ahold Delhaize.
“We thank Jolanda for her support and dedication, both as a member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee. She has been a valuable source of expertise over the years and we wish her well in her future activities,” has commented Ben Noteboom, Chair of AkzoNobel's Supervisory Board.
