KYZEN has announced it will exhibit at FABTECH 2025, taking place from 8–11 September at McCormick Place in Chicago (USA). KYZEN supplies a comprehensive range of chemistry solutions designed to tackle the cleaning challenges faced by today’s metal industry manufacturers. Among the highlights are METALNOX M6324CP and METALNOX M6386, which showcase KYZEN’s approach to both corrosion protection and process efficiency.
METALNOX M6324CP is described as a heavy-duty, alkaline cleaner/inhibitor that incorporates effective steel corrosion inhibitors. It is suitable for removing chlorinated, paraffinic oils used in machining, stamping and deep draw operations. The product also features oil-splitting properties and is capable of removing difficult soils such as carbon smut, all while maintaining low foam and very low VOC.
Meanwhile, METALNOX M6386 is a modified alcohol-based solvent blend formulated for automated vacuum degreasing systems. It effectively removes both non-polar oils and water-based polar contaminants, drying without leaving residues. The solution is designed for cleaning metal hardware, fasteners and components and is compatible with a wide variety of seal materials.
