Effective 1 May 2026, Marcus Pott will join Leutenegger + Frei as Sales Manager Germany. He brings many years of experience in the coatings industry, along with extensive expertise in powder application, surface technology and plant engineering. With his strong sales background and hands on industry experience, he will drive the further development of the German market, support international sales activities and use his expertise to help Leutenegger + Frei customers implement liquid paint and powder coating processes.
Christian Dreszig strengthens Leutenegger + Frei as Head of Business Development. He brings broad experience in chemistry, plant engineering, sustainability consulting, as well as international sales and marketing. With his strategic mindset and international perspective, he is helping to drive the company’s business development and market positioning while providing valuable momentum for its continued international expansion.
