MAFAC will showcase its effective and compact cleaning systems, equipment and solutions at AMB 2022.

MAFAC has announced that it will take part in the upcoming International Exhibition for Metal Working (AMB), which will be held in Stuttgart (Germany) from 13th to 17th September 2022.

The company will present the automatic transfer system MAFAC CONTINUO and the new vacuum cleaning technology MAFAC Vacuum Activated Purification (VAP). In addition, participants will be also able to visit the Service Point to discover MAFAC's options for remote maintenance and digitisation.

“The requirements for parts cleaning are constantly increasing. The continuing miniaturisation and increasing complexity of the components are still among the most important challenges. Due to the rising material and energy costs, manufacturing companies also need cleaning machines that can be used flexibly, clean effectively and have smart access options to increase productivity. At AMB, we will present technologies that enable economical, standardized, intelligent and at the same time resource-saving parts cleaning,” has explained Peter Ruoff, Head of Marketing and Sales.

The MAFAC Service Point is dedicated to the issues of external access, fast error diagnosis and individual compilation of required spare parts. It will also include a live presentation of different control packages and functions for remote maintenance and digitisation, so visitors will be able to experience their performances.

The company will also explain the advantages of the compact design of its machines for tight production areas: MAFAC CONTINUO enables the flexible integration of cleaning into inter-linked or narrow production environments and ensures optimised utilisation of the cleaning machine when there is a high volume of parts. The system allows operations with up to five workpiece carriers and can be combined with all MAFAC machines, with the exception of the MAFAC PURA.

Finally, it will display the vacuum cleaning process Vacuum Activated Purification (VAP), that effectively cleans capillary structures. Its targeted alternated pressure increases the cleaning effect of spray or spray flood cleaning, so that even deep bores with small cross-sections can be cleaned reliably and economically.

MAFAC will be in hall 5, at the stand 5A73.
