Yann Lissillour has been appointed new CEO of SAFIC-ALCAN.
Starting today 1 April 2022, Martial Lecat and Philippe Combette, who joined SAFIC-ALCAN in June and October 1988 respectively, cease their functions within the company's Executive Committee. Combette will also step down from his current position as president of SAFIC-ALCAN, handing over the presidency to Yann Lissillour, who joined SAFIC-ALCAN in 2000 and held various commercial and managerial positions during his career within the group. Since 2016, he has been in charge of acquisitions and was appointed COO last November.
Under the leadership of Lecat and Combette, SAFIC-ALCAN, which this year celebrates its 175th anniversary, has become a European leader in the distribution of specialty raw materials for the formulation industry.
While Levat will continue to chair the group's supervisory board, Combette will also remain a member of the supervisory board.
The Executive Committee of the company will be composed of:
- Yann Lissillour: CEO and Head of the M&A group
- Jean-Michel Guyon: Chief Financial Officer
- Philippe Cenreaud: Chief Executive Officer of Performance Products
- Jose Lora: Managing Director Life Sciences
- Juliette Gamez: Chief Digital Officer
