ALIT Technologies will present the new chrome-free passivation process for metal products Drizzling.
ALIT Technologies, an Italian company specialised in the production of paint stripping technologies, has announced that it will take part in ALIMINIUM 2022, the fair dedicated to the international aluminium industry and its main application sectors (automotive, mechanical engineering, building and construction, aerospace, electronics, packaging and transportation).
From 27th to 29th September 2022, at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition centre (Germany), visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about ALIT's chemical paint stripping products and technologies, in particular the chemical stripping system for hooks and frames FASTRIP ISP and Drizzling.
Drizzling is the new chrome-free passivation process for metal products which allows to apply the solutions through the atomisation of a fine mist capable of completely enveloping the item, even in 7- metres vertical lines for aluminium profiles. The new system developed by the Italian company makes it possible to considerably lower the consumption of water
after the passivation phase and to apply an ever fresh and pollutant-free passivating solution to the products.
ALIT will also showcase a new additive – specifically developed for the aluminium industry – to be used in addition to caustic soda solutions for die cleaning. The product simplifies the management of the process and guarantees greater control of the temperatures of the baths, consequently extending their lifetime and reducing operating costs.
