BASF has announced a 5-10% cost increase on most of its products to continue supporting customers with high-end products and services.
BASF announced earlier this year that it will increase prices globally for most of its formulation additives for the paint and coatings industry including Attagel®, Dispex®, Efka®, Foamaster®, Foamstar®, Hydropalat®, Loxanol® and Rheovis® grades.
The price increase will be up to 5-10% depending on the region to compensate for the increased costs of transportation, security, legislation, registration requirements (e.g. Reach, TSCA) and to continue supporting customers with high-end products and services.
