40 years ago, Eisenmann supplied its first paint shop for plastic car bumpers – the beginning of a major success story. To date, Eisenmann has built approximately 350 paint shops, making it the leading provider of end-to-end solutions for coating plastic components for both OEMs and their suppliers.

Since 1979, Eisenmann has developed, planned and built cutting-edge systems tailored to its customers' specific needs. The plant-engineering company's ongoing commitment to innovation translates into technologies that have repeatedly redefined the state of the art. Its portfolio caters to all aspects of the painting process, from pretreatment, to application, to waste water treatment and exhaust air purification.

All Eisenmann paint shops support exceptional efficiency, high uptime, and outstanding results. Effective pretreatment forms the vital basis for a premium-quality finish. With this in mind, Eisenmann offers the full spectrum of pretreatment technologies – from wet-chemical power washing to energy-efficient CO2 cleaning. To date Eisenmann has built approximately 350 paint shops for coating plastic components. Worldwide, nearly one in two plastic bumpers is painted using Eisenmann systems.

Correct application is of central importance. To this end, Eisenmann specially developed the highly efficient VarioBell. This high-speed rotary atomizer is lightweight and of slim, compact design. It allows direct charging, and can be used with single- or two-component paints (both water- and solvent-based) for high paint transfer efficiency. Reliable paint supply systems pair perfectly with VarioBell, ensuring seamless transitions between paints. Moreover, energy-efficient dryers and the easy-to-use E-Cube dry removal system for overspray round out the Eisenmann paint shop – and set the benchmark in plastic-component painting.
