Graco has been appointed as one of the best workplaces in manufacturing and production industries by Fortune Magazine.
The manufacturer of fluid handling equipment Graco Inc. has been named one of the 2021 Best Workplaces in the manufacturing and production industries by Fortune. Graco has ranked no. 8 on the internationally recognised list. The company has been recognised on the list in each of the four times it has participated.
“What makes this honor stand out is that it’s largely based on what our employees say about our company culture. When you have nine out of 10 employees saying that we are a great place to work, that’s something that all Graco employees can be proud of together,” commented Graco’s President and CEO Mark W. Sheahan.
In order to determine the best workplaces, the research partner of Fortune Great Place to Work has analysed the feedbacks of over 220,000 employees in the United States of America through anonymous surveys. The surveys contained more than 60 questions aimed at understanding to what extent the companies create a Great Place to Work For All™. The 85% of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organisation.
“I have to say that people come and stay at this organization because they believe in the mission, and they are empowered and engaged at a uniquely high level,” stated one Graco employee in the anonymous survey.
