H2O GmbH, specialists in wastewater-free production, will present Purecat, a new technology for high-quality parts cleaning at parts2clean, on 5-7 October, in Stuttgart.
The Purecat technology reduces the COD value in the distillate by up to 99%. The treated rinsing water is crystal clear and almost oil-free, and thus suitable for reuse in demanding rinsing processes.
At the H2O stand (E51, Hall 4), visitors will be able to know more about the new technology and also attend a presentation on "Best results in parts cleaning thanks to efficient wastewater treatment" held by Thomas Dotterweich, Senior Project Engineer Sales at H2O GmbH. He will use concrete application examples from practice to explain how high-quality wastewater treatment can also be sustainable and economical.
This innovation fits within this year’s parts2clean motto, "Quality needs perfection": the better the rinsing water quality, the more perfect the coating result, state H2O experts. This is also why the company is continuously working on improving the distillate quality and enabling customers to recycle it for parts cleaning to achieve the optimal rinse water treatment.
