IMCD has recently signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Tillmanns, an Italian distributor of speciality chemicals, serving as a key partner to international suppliers and a wide customer base. With strong operations across Italy, the company is active in the coatings and water treatment sectors.
Tillmanns employs 78 staff and is recognised for its technical expertise, long-standing supplier relationships, and commercial strength. Its facilities include a logistics centre in Milan and an in-house R&D laboratory offering advanced testing, customised formulations and technical support to meet evolving market demands.
