KANSAI HELIOS complements and extends its portfolio of powder coatings and synthetic resins.
KANSAI HELIOS has recently announced that it has completed the acquisition of CWS Lackfabrik GmbH, a manufacturer of powder coatings and liquid and solid synthetic resins headquartered in Düren (Germany). After the announcement of the deal at the end of November 2022, the company is now the new full owner of CWS and its group businesses in Poland, Denmark and the United States of America.
The company develops, manufactures and distributes industrial coatings solutions and high-quality resins. The transaction is then a milestone for KANSAI HELIOS and its growth strategy, complementing and expanding its competences in powder coatings and synthetic resins, as well as the existing liquid coating portfolio.
With the acquisition, it is significantly strengthening its position in the powder coating segment, gaining additional know-how and distribution channels, as well as an increased output and storage capacity in Europe.
