Following the resignation of Brian Bernasek as Director of the company’s Board of Directors on January 31, 2022, Atotech appointed Klaus-Günter Vennemann as a Director and a member of the Board’s Audit Committee, effective February 1, 2022.
Mr. Vennemann has been a management consultant and a member of the Supervisory Board of Rheinmetall since 2016. He was previously the CEO of the General Lighting business unit of OSRAM AG.
The Board has determined that Mr. Vennemann is an independent director within the meaning of the New York Stock Exchange listing standards.
