Lesta Srl, an industry leader with over 350 systems being used worldwide in small, mid and large companies, has announced its entry into the U.S. market as LestaUSA to allow manufacturers of any size to incorporate robotic finishing technology without the need for complicated programming or teach pendants.
LestaUSA is the North American distributor, integrator, manufacturer and technical support for mechanical and software of Lesta robots built for industrial finishing applications. By second quarter of 2020, robots will also be built, integrated and tested in the LestaUSA factory located inside DeGeest Steel Works in Tea, South Dakota.
Once a robot is built, it moves over to the DeGeest Integration Center where all related safety and finishing equipment
needed to create a unique system are integrated. From there, the robot enters the Test Lab for the run-off.
After every available feature of the robot is tested, LestaUSA offers to the customer a customized training on its system.
