OLPIDÜRR S.p.A., Italy, Novegro di Segrate (Milan) is currently seeking for:

PFS Commissioning Engineer (m/f)

Take on challenging tasks:

  • Management and organization of plant start-up in Europe and worldwide until customer acceptance;
  • The activities are related to the commissioning of complex industrial surface treatment plants;
  • Commissioning and delivery to the customer in compliance with times, costs process compliance, and safety of the site and in order to obtain, together with the Project Manager, the final acceptance;
  • Strong oriented to results, quite dynamic, well organized, able to solve problems, with good capacity of initiative, and able to listen the customer's requirements.
Your skills:
  • Engineering diploma or equivalent (strong technical background);
  • To coordinate autonomously the activities under its competence;
  • Interfacing correctly with customers, suppliers and with the engineering Team (Project Manager, Project Leader, Process Manager);
  • Taking charge of safety procedures providing the appropriate reporting related to its function;
  • English language mandatory, Italian as a preference, German will be a plus.

PFS Project Leader (m/f)

Take on challenging tasks:

  • Follow the technical progress of the project as a whole;
  • Follow the development and layout, with the responsibilities arising from, in interface with the Customer;
  • Produce even basic design work sufficiently clear to feed the detail design work;
  • Ensure that the quality of the documentation provided by the designers is functional to the construction and installation of the systems;
  • Determine purchase strategies in agreement with the Project Manager and the Purchasing Department;
  • Responsible for internal coordination between project and process engineers;
  • Responsible for defining project timeframes;
  • Selection and management of suppliers (in collaboration with the Purchasing Department) and their coordination;
  • Strong results orientation, dynamic, well organized, able to solve problems, with a good capacity for initiative and able to incorporate customer requests.
Your skills:
  • Engineering diploma or equivalent (strong technical background);
  • To coordinate autonomously the activities under its competence;
  • Interfacing correctly with customers, suppliers and with the internal Engineering and Operation Team;
  • Fluent English language is mandatory. German will be a plus;
  • Coming from previous analogous experience will be a plus.
