The Shareholders Meeting of Verind has appointed the new Board of Directors, the President and the Honorary President and the General Managers.
Verind has recently announced that it has renewed its board of directors, also appointing a new president as well as the Honorary President.
As a matter of fact, the shareholders meeting of Verind S.p.A met on Wednesday 26th April 2023 to approve the appointment of the new Board of Directors, designating Dr. Lars Friedrich as Chairman as well as other directors: Mr. Thomas Hohmann, Dr. Marco Pizzamiglio and Dr. Matteo Minelli. The Assembly also appointed Mr. Claudio Minelli – former President and CEO – as Honorary President, thanking him for the outstanding work done in the more than 50 years of belonging to the corporate structure.
During the same day, the new Board of Directors approved the appointment of Matteo Minelli and Alessandro Molè as General Managers of Verind.
