The acquisition of Valley Paint Manufacturing will allow Rodda Paint to increase its portfolio of paints and industrial coatings for the United States of America.
The paints and coatings manufacturer Rodda Paint
has announced the acquisition of Valley Paint Manufacturing, a family-owned business based in Woods Cross (Utah, U.S.A.), thus increasing the manufacturing and formulating capacity of the company. Valley Paint will keep its Salt Lake City (U.S.A.) operations active, providing solutions to the existing customers as well as expanding their sales and operations business to grow the distribution on a global scale.
