We are in the middle of spring: a very hectic period for SAT. Its technicians are travelling all around the world, taking care of the supervision and installation of several Vertical Plants.

Claudio and Daniele, SAT's electrical technicians, are bringing to completion the start-up of the first FOX of the UK market for the company Aluk. The line in Chepstow will be the 6th plant with Flash Oxidation Technology in the world since 2010.

But what is FOX? FOX is an innovative technology entirely designed by SAT and covered with an European Patent approved in January 2014. It allows to perform the Flash Anodizing process automatically and in-line along a Vertical Powder Coating Line.

Moreover, the CUBE army is spreading everywhere: Constantin in Portugal for Aluminio Navarra and Giovanni in Sri Lanka for Alumex are working to install the "little guy" of SAT family. It appears clear that CUBE has a huge potential, since it gives the opportunity to get very high quality with low production cost, which makes the customer immediately competitive in the market. On the other side, the product also targets towards big companies, willing not to concentrate the production in one single headquarter, but bringing the coating service closer to their end-customers, with a coating line in every strategic warehouse.

Of course, SAT never forgets its first love: TREVISAN Vertical Powder Coating Compact Plant. Vlad travelled to Fougeres to supervise the installation of a new Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 CUBE Powder Coating Booths for the French company SFPI. Mihail has flown for more than 16.000 kilometers to Melbourne - Australia to follow the start-up of a new Vertical Powder Coating Line with 2 CUBE Powder Coating Booths for the company APA (Aluminium Profiles Australia). Finally, Giancarlo has just finalized the installation of a Vertical Pre-treatment plant in Wymondham for the company Barley Chalu.

All these are very important and challenging projects for SAT, which wouldn't be possible without "all the customers who chose SAT and last but not least, its skilled and competent technicians", as declared by the company.
