Steffen Dobberstein will help Songwon to strengthen its market position in the coatings industry.
The global supplier of speciality chemicals Songwon Industrial has recently announced that Steffen Dobberstein is the new leader of the Business Unit Coatings, starting from 11th September 2023. Succeeding to Rosanna Telesca, who has successfully developed the division over the past nine years, he will directly report to Hans Werhonig – leader of the Group Commercial – and help to define and drive the strategy of the company, further advancing its position in the international paints and coatings industry.
Steffen Dobberstein holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Berlin and has a deep experience in marketing strategy as well as more than ten years of knowledge surrounding the coating industry. Before joining Songwon, he covered important management positions for several multinational companies such as Dormakaba, Geberit AG and Synthomer.
