Argos Surface Technologies, a player in the surface treatment and coating sector, has announced the appointment of Paolo Asti as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This strategic move comes during a period of significant international growth and consolidation, designed to provide the Group with the robust financial governance required to navigate evolving global markets.

With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at major industrial firms such as Heineken and PPG Industries, Asti brings a wealth of expertise in strategic and financial planning. In his capacity as Group CFO, he will be tasked with:

  • Harmonising financial processes across the Group’s diverse industrial entities.
  • Ensuring organisational stability and strategic alignment.
  • Strengthening engagement with investors and institutional stakeholders.

Under this new leadership, the finance function is positioned as a strategic lever, not merely overseeing economic sustainability, but actively driving industrial growth through rigorous execution and forward-thinking planning.
