The new liquid painting course will allow Oltrogge to transfer specific knowledge and expertise to unskilled operators.

The skills and know-how of the employees have a fundamental role in the successes of a company. However, finding qualified surface treatment specialists is getting increasingly hard. In order to help companies in optimising their coatings results, Oltrogge has recently expanded its range of training courses to include the Painting Driver’s License.

The new training concept provides beginners with a solid foundation in dealing with the various application technologies and methods related to the liquid painting process. The focus of these full-day basic training courses is on teaching the fundamentals of all common operations.

Moreover, in the fully-equipped Oltrogge Technical Centre in Bielefeld (Germany), the participants will also be able to experiment, familiarise, compare and tests practical tasks with the equipment and technologies provided by J. Wagner GmbH, Graco and Carlisle. In addition, the training will explain how to analyse faults and imperfections, helping to identify flawed painting results such as cracks, orange peel and dust inclusions.
