has recently launched the new portfolio Interpon ACE powder coatings: solutions specifically designed to satisfy the needs of the agricultural and construction equipment industry, that requires ultimate protection and quality appearance.
The powder coatings of the Interpon ACE range have been developed in order to withstand the harsh weather conditions and the challenging environments in which agricultural and construction equipment operates on a daily basis, from scorching sunshine to rainstorms and freezing temperatures.
Furthermore, the equipment is also exposed to chemical corrosion caused motor oil or fertilisers, as well as wear and tear such as scratching and abrasion. So, the adhesion, hardness, flexibility and impact resistance of the coatings meet all the strict industry standards.
In addition, the entire range is easy to apply on all types of equipment, from tractors and forklifts to excavators and bulldozers, and has an improved edge coverage that ensures the integrity and performance of the equipment and helps it to retain its value in the re-sale market.
The portfolio includes both primers and topcoats working in combination that are more sustainable (VOCs free) and high-performing than other common coating solutions available on the market. During the application process, the layering can be reduced from traditionally three coats to two or even a single coat, lowering the cost per unit and reducing the waste.
