Arkema Launched the My Arkema Customer Portal

The digital interface developed by Arkema ensures quick access to real-time information on orders and materials.

The manufacturer of specialty chemicals Arkema has recently launched My Arkema, a new digital interface that offers quick, secure and 24/7 access to real-time information on orders and materials.

The new portal has been designed to meet all customers’ expectation, in order to accelerate business processes and drive service improvement. In addition, My Arkema offers also customer support services and direct contact with technicians from the company.

Regardless of the way orders are placed (by email, phone or electronically), the customers of the company can now track them through their My Arkema personal account. The status of the order is updated in real-time and the related documents, such as Certificates of Analysis and Invoices, are immediately available.

My Arkema portal is currently available in Europe, North America and the Middle East, but it will be rolled out to the other regions soon.
