Chemetall to Highlight Next Generation Advanced "Non-Phosphate" Pretreatment, Aluminum Finishing and Anodizing at FABTECH 2015

Chemetall will be showcasing its complete portfolio of aluminum finishing processes, now complimented by the full line of cutting edge anodizing products just brought on board from Chemal.

At this show, Chemetall will present and showcase its advanced pretreatments, aluminum finishing, and anodizing technologies.

Suresh Patel will present on Tuesday, November 10 at 10:30 am, "Lessons Learned with Advanced Non-Phosphorus Pretreatments." The session will cover some of the lessons learned when new technologies are introduced into production, along with corrective actions, and the latest development in the advanced pretreatments.

Kirk Beaster, Market Manager, Chemetall North America will present on Wednesday, November 11 at 1:30 pm "Variables Affecting Iron Phosphate Coating Weights." In this presentation, the variables affecting iron phosphate coating weights will be discussed. Concentration, temperature, pH and dwell time being critical to proper coating development, its variability will be covered to provide a better understanding on how to control and operate your surface treatment process.
