At its Customer Experience Center, Rösler has recently installed DLyte PRO500, a machine for dry electropolishing manufactured by GPAINNOVA.
GPAINNOVA has recently provided Rösler’s Customer Experience Center in Untermerzbach (Germany) with its DLyte PRO500 dry electropolishing machine. This installation allowed Rösler, which is the exclusive sales partner for GPAINNOVA in Germany, to complete the range of DLyte machinery available at the company’s headquarter for the polishing of both for conventionally and additively manufactured parts. The DLyte PRO500’s installation also strengths the strategic cooperation between GPAINNOVA and Rösler.
The fully automated DLyte PRO500, originally launched in November 2019, is designed to treat large batches and bigger parts with delicate and complex geometries
requiring high quality surface finishing. Thanks to the combination of an electrochemical process and a careful mechanical movement, it is possible to eliminate the roughness of the pieces. The machine, which helps standardising the post-production process of metal parts, also offers some technical advantages, such as abrasive finishing, robotic scouring and polishing, and mechanical brushing.
