John Giudici and Bill Worms will bring their extensive expertise to The ChemQuest Group on a global scale.

The ChemQuest Group, a global consultancy specialising in bespoke business strategy and optimisation, technology acceleration, market intelligence, and M&A advisory services for the specialty materials industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors: John Giudici and William Worms.

John Giudici is a leader in operations transformation, known for delivering strategic solutions while cultivating leadership and high-performing cultures. With a career spanning more than 40 years, he has amassed significant expertise in strategic planning and execution, manufacturing operations, performance and process improvements, product and quality management, and productivity optimisation. He began his career as a design and development engineer at General Motors Corp., before taking on influential leadership roles at manufacturers such as Meritor, Inc. and Northstar Aerospace Inc. He also built substantial consulting experience through roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, McKinsey & Co., Inc., and A.T. Kearney, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University and a master’s degree in management in manufacturing from Northwestern University.

Bill Worms is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience leading public and private companies, trade associations, and employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) organisations. Throughout his accomplished career, he has demonstrated a strong track record in areas such as strategy development, market analysis and segmentation, channel management and development, technical development, technology integration and transfer, and mergers and acquisitions. He spent over 25 years with Bayer Material Science, where he held numerous roles, ultimately serving as Vice-President of Commercial Operations for the Polyurethane Business Unit. He then became Executive Director of SSPC: The Society for Protective Coatings, and most recently served as President and CEO of KTA-Tator, an engineering and inspection services firm. He holds a bachelor’s of science in biology and psychology, as well as a master’s of science in industrial engineering, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
