This move follows a series of successful collaborations between the two companies in North America, effectively expanding their strategic partnership into Latin America.
Brenntag, chemicals and ingredients distributor, has officially signed a new distribution agreement with international specialty chemicals Nouryon. Under this agreement, Brenntag Specialties will distribute Nouryon’s Bermocoll® cellulose ether portfolio to the coatings and paints markets across Brazil.
Key Highlights of the Agreement:
- Bermocoll® consists of non-ionic, water-soluble cellulose ethers. It is widely used as a performance enhancer, thickener, and stabilizer to control flow and viscosity in both paints and dry-mix mortars.
- The partnership allows Brenntag to strengthen its material science portfolio and expand its footprint in the Brazilian market.
