The 20th anniversary edition of parts2clean will be centred around the theme ‘High Purity’.

The organisers of parts2clean, the trade fair dedicated to industrial parts and surface cleaning solutions, processes and technologies that will take place from 26th to 28th September 2023 at the Stuttgart Exhibition Grounds – Messe Stuttgart (Germany), have recently announced that the topic of the event will be ‘High Purity’.

The exhibition marks the 20th anniversary of the show and will reflect the structural changes happening in industry, as well as several new megatrends and the energy transition, offering a globally unique portfolio of solution and an international networking hub for industrial parts and surface cleaning professionals from a number of user industries.

“In addition to the familiar core areas of industrial parts cleaning, we are thus also covering new and ever-changing tasks that arise – for example, from the mobility and energy turnaround, the trends of automation, digitisation and AI, sustainability, and, in some industries, stricter regulatory requirements. For example, cleaning solutions for electronics manufacturing, e-mobility, sensor technology, optical industry, medical and pharmaceutical technology will play a greater role,” has declared Hendrik Engelking, the global director of Deutsche Messe – the hosts of parts2clean 2023. “With its expanded range of solutions, as well as the highlight topic of High Purity, parts2clean continues to gain in attractiveness as the most important tradeshow for industrial parts and surface cleaning.”

The cross-sector and cross-material offerings also enable companies to discover cleaning applications and solutions from fields in which they have not previously been active. In addition, users from all manufacturing sectors as well as from remanufacturing and recycling will find future-proof solutions to meet current and new requirements in a stable and efficient manner.

Moreover, the bilingual Expert Forum simultaneously translated in German and English will also provide a valuable contribution. The presentations held by renowned speakers from science, research and industry will address current tasks and developments from several different business sectors.

“The focus will be on tasks that need to be solved, among other things, for complex mechanical components for the semiconductor supplier industry, in the precision optics and optoelectronics industry, thin-film technology, medical technology, as well as vacuum-technology components for the UHV, XHV and UCV sectors,” has added Engelking. “parts2clean thus offers national and international visitors one of the most sought-after sources of knowledge for learning about trends, innovations, benchmark applications and reports from the field.”

The event is jointly organised by the Fraunhofer-Business Area “Cleaning” and the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT). The attendance is free of charge for visitors and exhibitors.
