The new product portfolio of ACI Group will now include the waterborne defoamers and surfactants of Chem Additive.

ACI Group has recently announced that it has secured a distribution deal regarding the performance waterborne additive portfolio of Chem Yueyang Additive, a manufacturing company based in Hunan (China) that was looking for a partner in order to expand its presence also in Europe.

“We are thrilled to embark on this strategic partnership. We share similar values and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. At Chem Additive, we have a relentless dedication to research and development, ensuring that our performance additives remain at the forefront of the industry. Equally, the reputation for excellence and expansive distribution network of ACI Group make them the ideal partner to make our high-performance additives easily accessible to customers. Together, we will support the development of more sustainable end products, particularly in waterborne systems, meeting the evolving needs of the European market,” has declared Suijun Yang, the overseas marketing director of Chem Additive.

The products portfolio includes the high performance Greesol™ G Series defoamer, the versatile Greesol™ E Series surfactant for water-based industrial coatings and the pressure-sensitive adhesives and multifunctional Greesol™ A04 Series of silicone-free surfactant ingredients with wetting, defoaming and dispersing properties. It is already available as part of the ACI Group range for customers to sample and test.

“The agreement for ACI Group to supply Chem Additive products to the European market is a real coup and further strengthens our already robust product portfolio in the Industrial sector. Chem Additive has proven the quality of its products across Asia and we are confident that their performance additives will resonate well with our European customers. With a strong focus on products for waterborne systems, they are an ideal choice to support the development of more sustainable end products,” has also stated Karsten Smet, the director of ACI Group.
