The new Interpon Futura Collection reveals 54 new distinct colours marrying beauty, science and sustainability.

AkzoNobel Powder Coatings has recently launched in North America its much-anticipated Interpon Futura Collection, revealing 54 new distinct colours under three on-trend colour palettes: Merging World, Healing Nature and Soft Abstraction. Marrying beauty, science and sustainability, the collection will help designers and architects to connect to the latest developments in the built environment.

The new Interpon Futura Collection is the result of rigorous testing and scientific research led by the trend and colour specialists of AkzoNobel involved in the building and construction sector. It is also the result of more than two decades of evolution, during which the collections have inspired innovative designs all over the world.

The new range delivers super-durable performances with a warranty up to 20 years, enabling architectural creations to stand the test of time. In addition, as it is composed by powder coatings, the collection does not generate solvent emissions or volatile organic compounds.

“The Interpon Futura Collection has been created with the future in mind. Our new collection provides architects with world class colours that enable them to bring their imagination to life. It also provides a sustainable choice in powder coatings that both protects buildings and lowers the environmental footprint compared to other coating solutions,” has stated Alan Alex, the commercial director of AkzoNobel Powder Coatings in North America.

“The range demonstrates Interpon’s commitment to delivering the highest quality colours, textures and finishes to enable architects to Futura their world and ours. That’s why we are constantly innovating, while collaborating with our network to bring insights and research to predict future trends and ensure you’re always one step ahead,” has also added Bob Dirks, the global manager of the Architectural segment of AkzoNobel Powder Coatings.
