The new compact and modular colour dosing and colour changing system developed by Dürr expands its ready2integrate package.
The German engineering company Dürr Systems AG
has recently presented Fluid Board, its new assembled dosing and colour-changing system specifically developed to provide the international paints and coatings industry with a connection between the control unit and the applicator – thus expanding its ready2integrate package and enabling customers to quickly and easily assemble a high-quality solution comprising of a controller, a dosing technology and an applicator.
The Fluid Board system is designed to be fully controlled by the EcoAUC unit, encompassing the most common mono and bi-component processes across low and high-pressure ranges, besides supplying the EcoBell2 atomiser or the EcoGun spray gun with paint and rinsing agents.
It also integrates the EcoValve7 – which can hold up to three hardeners – as well as the EcoMCC3 colour changer, that can supply up to ten colours. Additionally, it employs the EcoPump9 for ensuring high-precision dosing or the compact EcoFlow regulator for adjusting the operating pressure.
“The Fluid Board significantly reduces engineering and assembly efforts. It also comes fully assembled, so all you need to do is connect hoses and cables. The system can also be installed in small spaces, since a compact design is a highly-requested feature. Finally, as the Fluid Board is a modular product consisting of various Dürr components, it is provided with the digital technical documentation EcoDocu
describing the various parts in a detailed catalogue and including process diagram examples, a shopping cart for recording orders or inquiries and an user-friendly search function.
