Malgorzata Kolton, the new Executive Vice President & Head of Marine at Hempel, is set to help the company further strengthen its global position in the marine coatings industry.
Hempel has announced the appointment of Malgorzata Kolton as Executive Vice-President & Head of Marine, effective 1st January 2026. Kolton will join the company’s Executive Group Management team.

Malgorzata Kolton joins Hempel from Henkel Adhesive Technologies, where she served as EU Vice-President, leading one of the company’s largest regional business units. She brings extensive international leadership experience, with a proven track record in driving growth, innovation, and organisational transformation. During her tenure at Henkel, Kolton successfully led one of the company’s largest regional businesses through challenging market conditions and complex transformations, consistently delivering strong results across Europe.
