Since its foundation in 2007, EcoVadis has become one of the most trusted providers of business sustainability ratings. As a matter of fact, it has created a global network of more than 90,000 rated companies
which have been independently assessed based on environment, ethics, sustainable procurement and labour and human rights criteria.
In order to achieve this result, Hexigone had to undergo an in-depth evaluation from EcoVadis, that assessed the quality of the sustainability management system through evidence as well as controversy screening.
“We are pleased that Hexigone was awarded the gold sustainability rating from EcoVadis at first entry and evaluation, as sustainability is at the core of Hexigone’s product offer. We have robust policies and procedures in place and will also be utilising our scorecard to improve business processes further. Our goal is to reach the platinum rating next year,” has stated Marc Phillips, the Operations Manager of Hexigone.
