AkzoNobel will highlight the sustainability benefits of its Resicoat® powder coatings
at this year’s Battery Show North America, the leading event for advanced battery technology.
Resicoat powder coatings deliver exceptional electrical insulation for critical EV components, while also improving manufacturing efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Unlike traditional liquid coatings, Resicoat contains no VOCs or solvents and enables overspray to be reclaimed—helping manufacturers to cut emissions and waste without compromising on quality.
Moreover, AkzoNobel will present Flightpath Pro, an AI-driven software platform developed with coatingAI, which supports manufacturers in streamlining production, reducing waste and enhancing product quality.
By extending the service life of battery and electrical components, Resicoat reduces the need for replacements and minimises resource use. It offers robust protection against corrosion, chemical exposure and harsh operating conditions, while providing outstanding dielectric strength, thermal conductivity and edge coverage.
