In her expanded role, Ivana Radic Borsic will focus on maximising the production of Cortec’s advanced corrosion protection technologies at its Croatian facilities to meet growing international demand.
Cortec® Corporation, a global supplier of environmentally safe corrosion protection technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ivana Radic Borsic as Executive Vice-President (EVP) and Managing Director of its key European subsidiary, CorteCros d.o.o.
Ivana Radic Borsic, a highly respected executive, will continue in her current role as Vice-President of Sales, Europe, for Cortec® Corporation. Her dual leadership ensures close integration between CorteCros’s operational capabilities and Cortec’s broader European sales strategy. She will also lead the growing team at the Croatian facilities, with a focus on professional development alongside expansion.

Located in the port of Split, CorteCros’s manufacturing plant and laboratory serve as a critical hub for supplying Cortec® products efficiently throughout the EU, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Ivana Radic Borsic will provide operational oversight across all major functions, with the aim of streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency:
- Manufacturing and Global Distribution: Directing operations at the 1,114.84 m² seaside production facility in Split to support Cortec’s EU distribution network. This includes overseeing production of VpCI®/MCI® products, initiated in 2019 to ensure product availability for the European market, managing the in-house quality control laboratory, and driving new product development.
- Pioneering Sustainability:
Leading Cortec’s environmental initiatives with a focus on green technologies.
- Market Development: Continuing, through her VP of Sales role, to set the strategy for Europe-wide sales growth, technical support, and acquisition of new key accounts, ensuring operational efficiency aligns with ambitious commercial goals.
